Step 4: Waiver

WAIVER
     I expressly agree to grant Come Rain Come Shine, (CRCS) and its assignees, licensees, vendors, and legal representatives, the unlimited right and authority to use my name, city and photograph and/or video recording of my participation at CRCS in any or all media for any lawful purpose. I agree that this authorization releases CRCS from any obligation to compensate me in any way, financial or otherwise, for the use of said information. I further agree for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators to hold harmless CRCS for any damages and/or injuries that I may suffer by participating in this event including my travel to and from the event. 
     I acknowledge, or my parent(s) and/or guardian(s) acknowledge, that I am voluntarily participating in the event and accept and assume any and all risks, foreseeable or not, including personal injury, as a result thereof.  I will indemnify and hold harmless CRCS and its agents, employees, independent contractors, and directors from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising from or related to my participation in this event, including, without limitation, all consequential damages.  
          Lastly, I certify that (a) I am 18 years of age or older or (b) I am the parent/legal guardian of the attending competing minor authorizing said minor's participation in this event.
