All of us here at Watch Your Step - Arts & Entertainment are very excited to be able to offer you an ad space in this year's event program for Come Rain Come Shine.

Come Rain Come Shine is now solely a West Coast Swing event, taking place in Portland, OR during the weekend of June 4th-6th 2010.

Make sure you download the PDF with the required measurements for your artwork, in order to correctly design your ad.

Event Program Details:

  • We distribute a full-color (with bleeds) 5.5" x 8.5" program.
  • With a minimum 750 piece circulation this program will be sent to dance venues, dance studios, businesses and many other places. In addition, each CRCS 2010 attendee will receive an event program in their Welcome Package when they arrive at the event.
  • We will advertise your event/group/business throughout the course of the weekend; more mentions going to full and half-page advertisers.
  • This is a much more effective way of advertising than circulating fliers during the weekend, as attendees will frequently leaf through the program, checking the schedule etc.
  • We market this event to "newcomers" as well as to more seasoned dancers, which will carry your message way beyond the swing dance community.
