This year, Come Rain Come Shine will be dedicated to the memory of Frankie Manning
Frankie Manning was an inspiration to tens of thousands over several generations. A teacher, performer, icon and institution in his own right. He will be missed and should be honored in any way you see fit.
This year, Come Rain Come Shine will be dedicated to the memory, hard work and inspiration that was Frankie "Muscle Head" Manning.
There is no way to fill the void that has been left from his passing. We will lift his memory high in celebration. With music and dance we will honor the life of one of the most powerful spirits to have walked the earth.
From everyone at Watch Your Step Productions, we bid Frankie peace. Moreover, we send our deepest thanks and admiration for everything and everyone you have effected.
Thank you, Frankie Manning, you will be missed.

As you can see, we've re-designed the look of our flyers and our web site to fit the spirit of Come Rain Come Shine. We want our design to reflect what this event is all about; building a bridge between West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop and other dances, and bringing us all together for one big party. We try to achieve our goal by offering the highest quality instruction in Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Hip Hop, African and more; as well as two rooms of DJ'd music throughout the evenings, allowing you to dance to whatever you feel at the moment. Finally, we've found our new design through the inspiration of our Back in the Day-Night, which creates an environment where we can all inspire and learn from each other. An evening dedicated to the timeless music of Soul, Funk, and Old-School beats.
